Background : Prior to my studies in Craniosacral Therapy I trained as a Therapeutic Massage Therapist. I first began studying Craniosacral Therapy in 1996 through the Upledger Institute in the USA which I continued until 2006. This was followed by a 2-year Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Training with Body Intelligence Trainings completed in 2011.
